Winter Show: Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Information

The Craft Nova Scotia Halifax Winter Craft Show will be in the Sunnyside Mall in Bedford, NS. The event will be taking place November 19-21, 2021. This a public indoor space, so we will have to be diligent about public health protocols. 2-3 layer fabric masks that properly fit over your nose and mouth will be required, and hand sanitizer will need to be available at all booths.

We are currently working with Events NS and public health officials regarding proof of vaccinations. As this is an organized event all exhibitors, staff and volunteers will require proof of double vaccination to participate in event.  We will contact all exhibitors in advance of the event to arrange to see proof of vaccination.  Please remember that you must have your second vaccination 14 days in advance of the event to be considered fully vaccinated, so in this case, November 4th, 2021 is the cutoff.

Shoppers will not require proof of vaccination, as it is a public space, and we have received approval to proceed provided all public health protocols are strictly adhered to.

This event, open to all current juried Craft Nova Scotia members, will take place:

  • Friday, November 19th          9:30am to 9pm
  • Saturday, November 20th      9:30am to 6pm
  • Sunday, November 21st        11am to 5pm

Setup for the event will be late Thursday, November 18th & early morning Friday, November 19th. Exact setup times will be emailed to you shortly.

This is a simple pop-up event. In order to accommodate as many exhibitors as possible, and maintain safe aisle widths and space between booths, we will have the following booth options: 5’x15′ in the centre aisle, and 5’x10′ and 10’x10′ in the retail spaces. There will also be limited number of smaller spaces for emerging craftspeople and new exhibitors.

Craft Nova Scotia will not be providing tables, chairs, pipe and drape, etc. You should assume that you will not have access to electricity, but the venue does of course have good lighting.  There will be spots where you can charge devices.

Please note that space will be limited, spaces will be assigned, considering the order in which applications are received, and a broad mix of mediums and to ensure a visually appealing show.

We will only be accepting online applications for this show.

Please read the full contract prior to applying electronically, you’ll find it linked within the application.

Thank you!
