About the Workshop
This three-day workshop offers an in-depth introduction to enamel surface techniques that combine traditional craft knowledge with contemporary image-making. Participants will explore layered enamelling using silver foil, decals, and rubber stamping, learning how surface decisions can dramatically affect depth, light, and texture.

Drawing from the instructor’s 15 years of experience working with enamel surfaces, the workshop shares practical, studio-tested methods developed through long-term making, teaching, and experimentation. Techniques are demonstrated step by step, with an emphasis on understanding why materials behave the way they do in the kiln—not just how to use them.
