Craft Nova Scotia is delighted to launch a series of exciting online learning programs to assist artists in crafting their own path by enhancing both their business and professional practice.

Business of Craft: Microcredential Program (Online)
This program has been developed in partnership with Nova Scotia Community College and includes three (3) 10-hour modules with topics such as business fundamentals, financial sustainability, funding and investment, as well as communication and marketing. The program is designed with specific focus on the craft sector and taught by experienced educators and practitioners. Programs are developed to enable craftspeople to work on their own schedule and pace, with the support of an experienced instructor.
Upon successful completion of all 3 modules, participants will receive an official Microcredential in the Business of Craft from Nova Scotia Community College and Craft Nova Scotia.

Advanced Craft Practices (Online)
Craft Nova Scotia’s Advanced Craft Practice courses are for self-motivated craftspeople and artists who want to develop and extend their own explorations of craft. Especially designed for deepening their learning in themes of studio practice and techniques, as they continue to grow as practicing professionals.
Craft Nova Scotia presents new pathways to expand knowledge and skills in ceramics, jewellery, and studio practice.
